OnePlus has unveiled a brand new concept device, the simply named OnePlus 8T Concept. supported the present OnePlus 8T, this new concept device lets the company showcase a number of the technologies that they need been performing on.
The OnePlus 8T Concept option a color-changing film under the rear glass. The film contains metal oxide and may change its colors supported different applied voltages by changing the valence state of the metal ions. The film can change its color from silver to a navy and back.

So what does all of this achieve? In its current iteration, OnePlus says the colour changing glass are often used as a notification system. The mmWave radar, which is embedded below the rear camera system, are often wont to detect your hand gestures and you'll , for instance , accept or dismiss calls by waving your turn over the device.
OnePlus also made a breathing monitor app, which uses the mmWave radar to trace the movement of your chest and may calculate the speed at which you're breathing.
The OnePlus 8T Concept is intended by a team within OnePlus called the OnePlus Gaudi. this is often an equivalent team that created the OnePlus Concept One device that the corporate showcased earlier this year at CES 2020.
